      Remarks In these meditation commentaries, every time that you will hear that you should concentrate in the middle of the forehead, please, change that suggestion for "Concentrate in the middle of the skull", in fact two centimeters behind the center of the skull.   Why?   Because the information that I got in the past about the seat of the soul were not accurate.   Most probably, the soul is situated in or near the pineal gland.   I also prefer to close my physical eyes to see better with my spiritual eye.  Try it.   You will find that the contact with the Light is much easier.    Sorry for the change.

    These meditations were already very efficient, very powerful, with this little change, they will be sublimely wonderful.   You will fly...

Meditations in English  Use
   These recordings are short sentences with intervals of 10 to 20 seconds of silence or music.   To practice, it is recommended to repeat internally the sentences to keep the mind and the intellect busy.   This will bring better concentration and experience.

    Autosuggestion should be practice regularly but with subtlety, without force. The subconscious will then accept it and use it.
We will soon record all of these meditations in English and put them on this website.
