    A breathing exercise to practice regularly:
    Fill the lungs, hold the breath for 5s, breathe out. 5 times.
    Then cough deeply to get the residual air and mucus out.

    In case of infection, do not just lie down but move around to work the lungs and clean them.

When I have the impression that a "flu" is setting in anyway, I take a homeopathic medicine called Oscillococinum.   It is advisable to avoid anything that contains mint when taking homeopathy.

Finally, in the event of a serious attack, I raise the fever to promote sweating.  And There you go!  In 20 years I spent at most one or two days in bed.

Africans are lucky because they have easy access to hydroxychloroquine against malaria (palus). This very safe drug is not only curative but preventive. In India, it was distributed free to the population preemptively.   Now India uses mostly Ivermectine to cure and prevent covid19.


Personal hygiene

  Personally, I believe that frequent hand washing is far more important than wearing a mask.

Lota

  Using a Lota, a small yogi container used to wash the inside of the nasal cavity with salt water, helps prevent colds and sinusitis.  With the addition of a little antiseptics such as silver colloidal silver or a drop of iodine, this makes it possible to sterilize the inside of the nose (and incidentally to reduce the risks of testing positive in PCR tests).  I noticed that this daily practice also eliminated my eye irritations.  This makes sense because the nose, ears, eyes and throat are connected.

Oximeter

  Since covid19 often manifests itself in the beginning by a drop in blood oxygen, you can buy an oximeter or saturometer on Amazon for about twenty dollars and measure the percentage of oxygen yourself.  It also allows us to check our oxygen level if we suspect to be affected by various waves including 5G.

  It is easy to use, inexpensive ($ 25) and measures oxygen in the blood.  According to the team of pr. Raoult, one of the first signs of covid infection is a drop in the percentage of oxygen in the blood.  Below 95% of oxygen, it is advisable to consult a doctor.  As much as I am very skeptical about the reliability of the PCR Canadian tests, I think that this kind of little gadget can be very useful.

  One of the signs of the influence of smart meter waves and 5G is also the decrease in oxygen transport in the blood due to the destruction of red blood cells.  I had my meter changed for a not communicating one.


  Exposure to virus

  When our general health is good, we are not at risk. A small fever and a few symptoms that go away tell us that our immune system is working well.

   They are now helping other countries like Italy and Venezuela.  After two months they stopped the confinement in Wuhan.  


France

   I am ashamed for the French government. Not only did it took a long time to react and did not want to close his borders, he also blocked systematically the only known effective treatment.  As usual, very talented people in France are attacked.  Fortunately, this time thanks to the internet, the world was able to learn from the successes of the team of Pr. Raoult said that the same number of people died this winter as other years.   It means that the epidemic was not very severe.  


USA

   Against the advice of infectious disease specialists from the White House, President Trump forced the FDA to advocate the use of Chloroquine to treat Americans.  Lucky ones!

     Pharmaceutical companies donated 31 million doses of chloroquine.

  Like in France, states controlled by democrats are banning the use of chloroquine to treat covid-19 patients and they are trying to keep people locked down.   Some politicians are criminals. 


Brazil

   President Bolsano tries not to spread panic and to reassure the population. Facebook and Twitter decided to delete messages from the president because they judged that it was misinformation.  Isn't it strange that these media giants decide what is "good" and what is not for a president?

   Is it because the president does not want to believe in the fable of the nasty CO2 that the internet giants censor him?

Canada 

   New Brunswick is the first province that officially use Chloroquine to cure patients.   In the capital area hospitals are also using that drug.
  Quebec is lifting the confinement.   The prime minister of Quebec is trying to reopen schools for children.

   The Prime minister of Canada Justin Trudeau want to keep people locked down until there is a vaccin.   We can see that he is still working for the New world order.

   The media are always talking about the number of deaths and the problems with masks.  They never talk about the effective treatments nor about the people who commit suicide. 


India

   Chloroquine is given to population in general to prevent the spread of the virus.


World 

  Half of the world is now using Chloroquine or Hydroxychloroquine.

Containment:

    The only country that I know of that seems to have had success with their quarantine of some provinces is China, which tried numerous treatments and tests.   Italy, Spain, France, which apply quarantine, have many deaths.   The total lock-down of India is a big mistake.

 According to dr. Raoult, expert in contagious diseases, general confinement is a method of the Middle Ages.  When you keep together infected persons with relatives, the risks of contagion are very high.   It is what is happening in centers for old people.   Because they are at risk, they should be tested first and the infected ones should be confined and treated.



  In addition, the confinement of the population will cost fortunes.

   Economic crisis and Federal Reserve

  In January the USA could not pay their debts so now they are technically bankrupt. In addition there is a huge economic crisis affecting the stock markets and the banks. The advantage of this pandemic is that the population does not realize it and that it did not go to the banks to claim its savings, which would have caused big trouble. But despite this crisis, the USA has found trillions of dollars to give to the population. By what miracle? A long-awaited miracle: the US government has regained control of the Federal Reserve, the Fed it lost a century ago.
